to qualify Doctors against the NES recruitment criteria for each role and respond to them accordingly
to assist with inbox cover for 3 Recruitment Consultants & 2 Recruitment administrators during holiday / absence periods
to upload documents and maintain 100% accuracy of the company database
to send E Shots for different project work and collate the results
to manage a portfolio of Doctors throughout the full cycle of the recruitment process and meet targets as set by the Recruitment Director
to create and maintain accurate calendar notes for your Doctors and also your own to ensure tasks are completed on time
to support with registrations from the recruitment inbox on an ad hoc basis

to manage a portfolio of Doctors throughout the full cycle of the recruitment compliance process and meet compliance targets ahead of each resuscitation course
to oversee the day to day output of the whole recruitment compliance team , including spot checking daily work items and overall reporting on progress. This role will include daily oversight of 2 Recruitment Compliance Consultants
to add Doctors and check our training systems
the Senior Recruitment Compliance Consultant works under the direction and instruction of NES Healthcare’s Recruitment Manager & Recruitment Director, and reporting to them whilst also taking guidance from the NES Management team overall

to maintain and edit the Course Booking Spreadsheet following the booking request from the Recruitment Consultant and processing accordingly
support weekend Primary Intake Courses as required
organising, re-booking and inviting candidates for re-sits when required as well as updating recruitment and senior MSM teams
send appraisal deadline emails and chase outstanding Appraisal forms
to carry out training pre-course processes within appropriate time scales
updating the database and RCUK LMS with course results once received
