Responsibility
- to work as part of a busy recruitment team, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy is attained
- to qualify Doctors against the NES recruitment criteria for each role and respond to them accordingly
- to assist with inbox cover for 3 Recruitment Consultants & 2 Recruitment administrators during holiday / absence periods
- to upload documents and maintain 100% accuracy of the company database
- to send E Shots for different project work and collate the results
- to manage a portfolio of Doctors throughout the full cycle of the recruitment process and meet targets as set by the Recruitment Director
- to create and maintain accurate calendar notes for your Doctors and also your own to ensure tasks are completed on time
- to support with registrations from the recruitment inbox on an ad hoc basis
