Responsibility
- implement and maintain security policies, protocols and procedures including international and UK
- control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
- assist in the recruitment, training and supervision of security personnel including ensuring compliance to ISO standards
- attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- review security operations / tasks performances in line with management KPIs
- ensuring compliance with security industry standards
- documentation management
- liaising with client’s and security personnel
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- experience as a manager or similar position is desirable, but not essential
- strong reporting and emergency response skills
- good understanding of budgeting and statistical data
- good working knowledge of MS Office and strong IT skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- outstanding organisational skills
- committed and reliable
