Responsibility

  • allocating our researcher with location and demographic target criteria for our client campaigns
  • quality checking researchers work and providing constructive feedback
  • preparing for, hosting, and acting upon agreed action points in monthly client meetings
  • onboarding new clients, understanding what they offer, and their audiences - tailoring campaign deliverables accordingly
  • reviewing campaign performances, analyse campaign data, make recommendations, and implement positive changes - either independently, or through the coordination of tasks with colleagues
