Working hours

Responsibility

  • recruit, mentor and develop NeoTimber's team of customer service and sales agents
  • monitor and analyse sales performance and report these to wider management team and sales team
  • monitor the performance of sales and customer service agents, ensuring departmental and individual targets and KPI's are met
  • ensure customer service and sales processes are continually improved & streamlined across the department
  • actively look to drive customer advocacy through effective communication with our customers
  • deal with customers directly to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner, delivering a first-class customer service experience
  • execute customer resolutions and complaint handling procedures
  • seek new ways of building on the brand's excellent reputation

Requirements

  • must have experience in the field of customer service and/or sales at management level
  • strong communicator who has the ability to build lasting relationships and resolve complaints in an efficient manner
  • ability to adopt a consistently positive, can-do approach
  • an ability to approach customer complaints and issues with a high degree of empathy
  • experience working for a building materials business
  • to effectively solve problems, a degree of technical knowledge around building materials would be preferred
  • able to apply and improve complaint handling procedures
  • high integrity with a driven and energetic attitude and desire to progress
