first line support for sales queries and resolution of sales issues
first line support for projects and billing communication with end customers
evaluate potential problems and co-ordinate internally to find solutions
communicate with clients to identify and define project delivery requirements and objectives
organise and Coordinate meetings with customers and internal staff as required on specific orders to maintain progress
order validation, sales order processing and invoicing on NetSuite cloud-based ERP
your day to day project portfolio will involve managing up to 50 contracts/orders, of sizes varying from less than £1k to £500k. Ranging from product deliveries, to software orders, lasting from a week to a few months
process and maintain project/contract related documentation, such as agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and work authorisation
Requirements
customer Service Qualification or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
commercial Awareness
experience of working with cloud-based CRM and ERP systems
excellent communicator - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organisation and with external contacts
ability to assess priorities and work to strict deadlines
ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
excellent mathematical / financial Skills
attention to Detail, Excellent Organisation Skills
