Responsibility

  • first line support for sales queries and resolution of sales issues
  • first line support for projects and billing communication with end customers
  • evaluate potential problems and co-ordinate internally to find solutions
  • communicate with clients to identify and define project delivery requirements and objectives
  • organise and Coordinate meetings with customers and internal staff as required on specific orders to maintain progress
  • order validation, sales order processing and invoicing on NetSuite cloud-based ERP
  • your day to day project portfolio will involve managing up to 50 contracts/orders, of sizes varying from less than £1k to £500k. Ranging from product deliveries, to software orders, lasting from a week to a few months
  • process and maintain project/contract related documentation, such as agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and work authorisation

Requirements

  • customer Service Qualification or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • commercial Awareness
  • experience of working with cloud-based CRM and ERP systems
  • excellent communicator - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organisation and with external contacts
  • ability to assess priorities and work to strict deadlines
  • ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
  • excellent mathematical / financial Skills
  • attention to Detail, Excellent Organisation Skills
