Responsibility
managing your workload including daily allocation of leads, customer follow up calls and associated administration
achieving set monthly targets whilst demonstrating a strong desire to put the customer’s needs first
communicate clearly via telephone and email, providing a great customer service throughout
adhere to required processes and compliance guidelines, ensuring systems are up to date and accurate
be clear on the difference between guidance and advice in your dealings with customers
being proactive and ensuring your product knowledge is kept up to date
in this role you will build relationships with customers, giving guidance on options available to them for their Life Insurance needs. You will take ownership of the customer journey from the point of enquiry to submitting applications and beyond
Requirements
A desire to do what’s best for the customer, always putting their needs first
previous experience in a sales position
ability to build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
able to manage your own workload and diary, prioritising effectively
analyse performance, understand your strengths and development areas and embrace any feedback given
have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can explain things clearly to people
enjoy working and collaborating as part of a friendly, professional Tea
comfortable working to deadlines and targets
