Responsibility
- fully understand the departmental standards and objectives and assist in supporting the Logistics manager in the application of these as required
- provide help with goods outwards personnel this will include checking of loads outbound to eliminate any customer loading errors where required
- provide help with administration for the Logistics manager and holiday cover for the day-to-day running of this role
- complete all aspects of the customer portal on a day-to-day basis
- issue dispatch notes to customers in a timely manner
- maintain up to date systems and allocate POD's against orders to support the sales and accounts teams
- be an active member of the warehouse distribution team and able to communicate effectively within, you will be required to work and communicate with other cross functional departments to deliver successful results
- follow any other reasonable duties as requested by a member of the relevant line management team
