- be able to carry out re-roofs from start to finish in reasonable time
- ideally 10 years experience
- drivers license not essential but preferred
- be able to fit fascias soffits and velux windows
- have experience with flat roofs - GRP and rubber
- be confident with leadwork in different situations
- must be hard working, punctual with time and ready and happy to work
