- provide managed compliance duties on behalf of our clients
- undertaking planned maintenance activities
- undertaking Reactive repairs
- completing minor refurbishment works
- responsible for installation, improvements & modifications or upgrades to plant and assets
- reporting timelines and data input from your regular duties focused on compliance testing and PPM
- report on non-compliances in a timely manner with a full understanding of the relevant British Standards and industry best practices
Requirements
- 18th Edition
- PAT testing
- inspection and testing C&G 2392
- city and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent L3 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC discipline
- level 2 Working in facilities services
- level 2 Health & Safety for Facilities Services
- develop good client relationships
- develop good understanding of reporting structures and company documentation
