- diagnose errors and technical problems, providing efficient solutions
- manage van stock effectively, ordering and accounting for spare parts as necessary
- maintain accurate and timely service reports and paperwork
- ensure compliance with all company standard procedures and protocols
- collaborate with our technical team and contribute to shared knowledge across the organisation
- evaluate customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations
- maintain a clean, tidy, and roadworthy service vehicle
