service, and repair our range of warewashing equipment at customer premises
diagnose errors and technical problems, providing efficient solutions
manage van stock effectively, ordering and accounting for spare parts as necessary
maintain accurate and timely service reports and paperwork
ensure compliance with all company standard procedures and protocols
collaborate with our technical team and contribute to shared knowledge across the organisation
evaluate customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations
maintain a clean, tidy, and roadworthy service vehicle

update contact details, raise reactive and planned maintenance jobs, schedule tasks in line with our Service Level Agreements , and track and follow up on jobs requiring additional work
