Requirements
strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other modern design and prototyping tools
detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability, accessibility and interaction design, particularly with a focus on commercial, transactional websites
proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once
experience in creating responsive designs for both web and mobile applications
familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of how designs are implemented within a development environment
minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work in commercially oriented digital environments
