Responsibility
- uphold the brand, adhere to all company practices set out by the company management
- keep detailed record of daily revenues and cash flow at the Boutique and report to the Management to provide reports on sales figures, logistical efficiency and customer satisfaction
- ensure customer needs are met, complaints are handled with a focus on resolving issues quickly and to client’s satisfaction
- manage day-to-day operation of the Boutique ensuring all the practices set out by the Company Director are adhered to
- liaise with other Retail Managers within the business
