Responsibility
- oversee the efficient running of the Liverpool office responsible for ensuring the delivery of company goals and objectives
- responsible for ensuring the office budget is delivered through effective management of revenue via sales whilst ensuring overheads are controlled
- responsible for identifying and securing a new customer base whilst maintaining long term relationships with the established base
- ensure all shift bookings and staff transfers for the office are scheduled, filled and billed for
- proactively lead recruitment for the office ensuring staff targets are set, managed and delivered addressing underperformance as required
- undertake all people management activities for the office
- responsible for ensuring communication channels are maintained between all stakeholders
- delivery of all management reports ensuring accuracy of data
