manage the payroll service to CAA Pension Scheme, including the implementation of the annual cost of living increase
manage the process for paying expenses, including the Corporate Credit Card scheme
provide Treasury with forecasts to ensure cashflow planning
design, manage and implement a robust control environment to ensure data integrity and to prevent errors/fraudulent activity
manage the requirement of internal and external audits
continually review and influence processes, addressing areas for improvement and drive positive change within the Employee Payments function
ensure business continuity for all key finance processes by developing and maintaining a robust business continuity plan
Requirements
ability to recruit, train coach and develop team members and colleagues
you'll be a seasoned Payroll Manager with SAP experience gained in a large, complex, and ideally Unionised organisation
good knowledge of the attributes of a robust control environment
business Process Expert experience and an excellent understanding of SAP
