- customer Service: 1 year
Responsibility
- to undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Portfolio Manager within the remit of the post
- cleaning Contractors & Window Cleaners
- to supervise and monitor the performance of contract cleaners, garden maintenance contractors and other service providers
- to test the fire alarm system as instructed in the buildings log
- to change light bulbs and tubes in the communal areas as required
- to welcome new residents into the scheme and introduce them to the facility and services, e.g. fire alarms and emergency procedures
- to ensure that the development is kept free from litter
- to deal with any cleaner and gardening issues, between contractor visits
