Responsibility

  • ensuring accurate and timely processing of data with attention to detail essential
  • management of Sage software -posting all transactions & purchases
  • paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • completing VAT returns
  • managing employee expense claims
  • developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
  • updating and maintaining various spreadsheets
  • filing of accounts paperwork

Requirements

  • A good knowledge of SAGE is essential

  • excellent numeracy and being accurate with high attention to detail
