Responsibility
- conduct on-site calibrations and repairs, where required
- complete calibration certificate/paperwork on site
- provide excellent customer service
- report any sales opportunities back to the office
- keep Office 365 diary updated to ensure visibility to the service and admin teams
- answer callouts to customers within 8 working hours and keep customers informed of any delays
- carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and repairs to industrial, retail, and medical scales, weighbridges and other equipment including test weights where appropriate
- deliver, install, and calibrate new equipment / hires as required
Requirements
- \* Able to work independently and as part of a team
- \* Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with customers and internal colleagues
- \* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- \* Have a positive attitude
- \* Be proficient in repair and fault finding
- \* An understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a workshop practice
