Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- liaising with customers face to face and on the phone to arrange for them to view boats that suit their requirements
- arranging viewings for customers on boats and travelling to other locations to carry out viewings
- running through contracts with buyers and sellers
- working with buyers and sellers from initial enquiry to handing over a boat
- sourcing stock to sell
- working every weekend, with 2 days off during the week
- generating new customer and following up existing customers on a daily basis whilst keeping detailed customer records using the companies CRM system
Requirements
- must be proactive with all aspects of the role
- have excellent customer rapport building skills and organisation
- able to use own initiative with daily tasks
- good knowledge of using CRM systems and record keeping
- previous sales experience is required
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- target driven
- driving licence is essential
