Responsibility

  • liaising with customers face to face and on the phone to arrange for them to view boats that suit their requirements
  • arranging viewings for customers on boats and travelling to other locations to carry out viewings
  • running through contracts with buyers and sellers
  • working with buyers and sellers from initial enquiry to handing over a boat
  • sourcing stock to sell
  • working every weekend, with 2 days off during the week
  • generating new customer and following up existing customers on a daily basis whilst keeping detailed customer records using the companies CRM system

Requirements

  • must be proactive with all aspects of the role
  • have excellent customer rapport building skills and organisation
  • able to use own initiative with daily tasks
  • good knowledge of using CRM systems and record keeping
  • previous sales experience is required
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • target driven
  • driving licence is essential
