- city & Guilds 7061 & 7062 or equivalent is desirable

- the successful individual will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service Disclosure

- the role requires varied working hours – to including regular weekends and Bank Holidays and occasional evenings. Flexibility is required
Responsibility
- preparing and serving food for a variety of different events such as Weddings/ Christmas Parties/Corporate dinners/ Canape events
- taking an active role in Development and Design of the event food offer alongside the Head Chef
- preparing and serving food for photoshoots as and when required
- preparing and serving food for regular tasting sessions
- designing planning and executing one off bespoke events at the space centre
- assist the kitchen team in all areas when required and lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
- maintaining and ensuring all relevant record keeping is up to date and paperwork completed
- undertake training and development as part of a Personal Development Programme
