  • we are currently looking for a part-time Office Administrator to work in our busy Knutsford office
  • greet and assist visitors, making them feel welcome and valued from the moment they walk through the door
  • manage incoming calls and correspondence with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • co-ordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements, optimising efficiency and maintaining calendars
  • assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations, showcasing your eye for precision and aesthetics
  • collaborate with HR to onboard new team members
  • as our Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring its smooth operation and creating an environment where everyone can thrive
  • support the team by handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
