Responsibility

  • quality assuring Fixed Penalty Notices and CCTV body camera footage
  • ensuring reminder and final chance letters are posted daily
  • ensuring representations are investigated and responded to in accordance with our policy
  • verifying payments and ensuring they are added to the system
  • providing excellent customer service via the phone and email
  • scheduling rosters for various sites
  • preparing prosecution packs and sending to offenders/clients/courts
  • to provide professional and administrative support to our employees and liaise with clients on enquiries as and when required
