Responsibility

  • using our care planning system to allocate, schedule care calls – matching the right carers to the right client
  • on a daily basis monitor and verify all shifts on the system, chasing up queries with carers and clients
  • assist with taking on new clients and care packages to our service
  • assist with on-boarding new employees to our service
  • cover care visits when required by the team to cover sickness absences and holidays
  • professionally handle client and carer queries over the telephone, Emails and face to face to resolve queries in a friendly, effective and timely manner
  • have experience working in the care sector
  • be a strong and effective communicator – Verbal and written
