Requirements
- 2-4 years of previous work experience in a similar role and minimum high school diploma
- proficiency with troubleshooting enterprise and professional network technologies
- familiarity with wireless infrastructure, in-building wireless/cell-booster systems , network infrastructure, AV systems, physical security/access control systems
- A command knowledge of power back up systems
- strong Communications skills – written and oral
- project and vendor management skills & experience
- physical IT build-outs: 2 years
- network infrastructure maintenance: 2 years
Responsibility
- manage integration vendors, supply chain distributors, and internet service providers to resolve issues within agreed SLA’s and execute network deployments within agreed construction timelines
- establish relationships with EMEA offices and act as the first point of contact for IT infrastructure operational needs
- maintain system configuration files and infrastructure “As-Builts” in collaboration workspaces such as Google Drive and Jira
