Requirements

  • direct industry experience is required
  • some mechanical, electrical and/or pneumatic system experience would also be an advantage
  • analytical thought process and a good problem solver
  • good communicator with the ability to produce clear reports as required
  • customer focused with a desire to respond to requests or technical issues in a timely manner and provide a high level of customer service
  • self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple technical support issues, with limited supervision However training and continued support will be given
  • hands on experience with the ability to work on / repair or be trained to work on compressed air treatment and gas generation products

Responsibility

  • work with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide remedial actions or solutions to keep the product operational and the customer happy
  • produce site visit or technical reports covering issues and actions taken to resolve the problem
  • raise and execute potential warranty claims in line with the company warranty policy
