- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an efficient, organised, and experienced Care Coordinator to join a highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding Domiciliary Care company
- the role of the Care Coordinator is to support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including practical supervision, instruction, working and supporting of care workers as well as assessment and review of individual services
Requirements
- flexible; willing and able to work outside normal hours when requested
- experience of delivering and manging care support services
- the ability to prioritise, under pressure and understanding the principles of good care
- effective teamworking skills
- employment subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references
- covid-19 Vaccination is essential
- A minimum requirement of NVQ level 2
