Responsibility
- greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Requirements
- have at least basic knowledge of cocktails and and alcohol in general
- previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods
- familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink garnishments is a plus
