- verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about clients’ needs and explaining treatment options
- manual dexterity for performing treatments
- basic computer literacy for booking new appointments and processing payments in electronic systems
- assess a customer's needs
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 Beauty Therapy
- proven experience working in the beauty industry
- hardworking
- passionate about the industry
- sound knowledge of skin biology, skin physiology, and cosmetic chemistry
- willing to learn
- the ability to work flexible hours
- excellent communication skills
