Responsibility
- we are a new Greek restaurant in the heart of Chapel Allerton in Leeds
- we prepare almost everything from scratch, apart from a few products which are imported from Greece
- we recently started having an online presence so you can find out more about us on Google, or Instagram @mythosuk. We have another little takeaway under Hyde park for 4 years now - the position is regarding the restaurant on LS7 3PJ
- we are looking for an individual to take over the restaurant operations while keeping common grounds with the owner in developing the business further
- develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders
Requirements
- previous experience in a management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- very organized individual
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong problem-solving skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- proficient in using restaurant management software
