booking self storage rooms with customers; setting up agreements and taking payments
we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time customer service and sales advisor to join our award winning MyStore team of 3 plus our office dog, to provide excellent customer service, undertake administrative tasks and assist in day to day operation of the facility
key holder
assisting with the day to day store operations
selling & re-stocking packaging products and additional services
administrative tasks including organising customer files, checking we have up to date customer information along with updating notes and following the customer journey
cleaning and maintenance of the facility, this includes sweeping corridors, cleaning reception, litter picking and keeping the store internal and external clean and tidy
