Responsibility

  • cleaning kitchen extract systems to BESA TR19 Grease Standards
  • completing paperwork including risk assessments, job sheets and drawing schematics for the ductwork
  • taking before and after photographs of work
  • driving the company vehicles as necessary

Requirements

  • atleast 3-years industry experience of deep cleaning kitchen grease extract systems
  • full clean driving licence
  • able to work night shifts
  • be able to work as part of a team
  • experience with working at height, in confined spaces, and handling chemicals with knowledge of COSHH regulations is preferred
  • A good work ethic is essential
  • organised and methodical
  • eye for detail
