Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- work with the production team to prepare and place orders for inline collections
- check buy plans and make order revisions where necessary while reporting changes back to sales
- liaise directly with factories regarding production status and timelines
- work with factories and the US team to improve production dates where possible
- report any production delays and keep system updated with accurate production dates
- prepare and place SMU buys, communicating any special requirements to the US team and factory
- arrange any special requirements such as ordering holograms, labels, and cartons
- create and share open order reports to update the sales team on the status of their orders
Requirements
- previous experience working within a production role highly desirable
- ability to work within a team
- to build good relationships with all levels of staff and suppliers
- strong problem solving ability
- confident decision making
- good communication skills
- able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- self-motivated
