Responsibility
- coordinating preparation of stock vehicles ready for advertisement
- managing company expenditure and invoices
- liaising with outside organisations, businesses and services

- maintaining office policies and procedures
- greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming environment
- answering and managing general enquiries and questions via phone and email
- overseeing our complaints procedure and handle them accordingly
- managing rotas, staff sickness and staff holidays
- ensuring office supplies are well stocked and office is tidy
- liaising with sales & workshop staff to ensure on time delivery of sold vehicles, this includes but not limited to: sourcing parts, organising MOT tests, liaising with third parties
Requirements
- the successful candidate should possess a vast experience within an admin role
- we are looking for someone who has already experience working as an Office Manager
- previous experience within the Motor Trade would be preferable
