MY NEW MOTOR is looking for employees for positions:
- overseeing our complaints procedure and handle them accordingly. Answering and managing general enquiries and questions via phone and email
- coordinating preparation of stock vehicles ready for advertisement
- managing company expenditure and invoices
- liaising with outside organisations, businesses and services
- organising & supervision of drivers & other staff
- maintaining office policies and procedures
- greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming environment
- answering and managing general enquiries and questions via phone and email
- overseeing our complaints procedure and handle them accordingly
- the successful candidate should possess a vast experience within an admin role
- we are looking for someone who has already experience working as an Office Manager
- previous experience within the Motor Trade would be preferable
- minimum 2 years experience as an Office Manager or relevant Admin role
- confident in working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and positive attitude
- self-motivated with strong communication and organisational skills, working within deadlines
- previous experience in dealing with company finances
