- manages payroll process in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements
- prepares and sends financial reports to clients in a timely manner by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends

- identify and respond appropriately to any safeguarding or mental health concerns, acting in the best interests of both mother and baby
- promote public health initiatives relevant to postnatal wellbeing, including mental health awareness, nutrition, and early bonding
- maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all visits and interactions in line with professional standards
- participate in reflective practice and share insights to help improve the quality and accessibility of postnatal support services
- midwives will work with families on a sessional basis, providing support that complements existing NHS care
