Requirements
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- proven management experience in a similar setting
- experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions
- physically fit for the role’s demands
- strong background in budgeting and financial management
- full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- familiarity with compliance audits and evidence-based practices
- excellent leadership and motivational skills

- ✅ Engagement & Advocacy: Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
