we are seeking a self-starting individual to assist our friendly and professional personal shopping team to deliver a best in class online customer experience
in this role you must be confident working on a computer full time and to manage your workload, and you will provide administrative support to the online Personal Shopping team
role: Online Customer Services Executive
hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30pm, with occasional weekend work
you will also help resolve customer queries and ordering issues, as well as enter products and adjust pricing of products in our database
Requirements
online Retail experience preferred
proven experience managing workload digitally
A-level or equivalent qualifications
proficient in Google Suite
must be in commuting distance of BH7 postcode for 2 days a week
A self-starter and team player with a positive attitude
A natural, confident and friendly communicator
