Requirements
- experience of line management including allocation of work, objectives setting, regular team meetings and appraisals
- sound knowledge of UK Regulatory Reporting environment and requirements, including MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, SCV
- ability to produce relevant and quality metrics/MI dataset to support weekly and monthly evaluations
- possess the commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst remaining focused on delivering outstanding customer service
- good understanding of both Treasury and Corporate Lending products
Responsibility
- the maintenance of client related static data on the mainframe systems, ensuring naming conventions are consistent across all the systems and the reconciliation of the client data across the mainframe systems
- transaction reporting under MiFID II for derivative trades, EMIR delegated reporting for corporate FX business and the monthly accuracy and reconciliation reporting
- reconciliations both external and internal on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying issues and liaising with the relevant product team to ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion
