Responsibility
- providing cover for other accounting, ordering and HR functions as required
- expenses approval and reporting
- responsible for the annual billing of our customers and revenue tracking and will be responsible for leading the year-end audit process
- preparation of forecasts and budgets
- processing invoices against sales orders
- reports to: Chief Financial Officer
- will be involved in the end-to-end financial process including all regular finance transactions, from sales, purchases, cash management, reconciliations, VAT; as well as assisting in the preparation of the management accounts, forecasts, budgets and supporting management information
- assist with the year-end audit process, payroll, supplier onboarding, insurance renewals and timesheet analysis and provide support to the management team as appropriate
