there is a distinct fanaticism for excellence and attention to detail driving through the business which is as evident in the design and construction of technical product, as it is in the aspirations and approach of the wider business functions
work closely with our design team to plan, organise and launch Product campaigns
undertake designated project work as required by the Head of Brand Marketing
own the creation and marketing of merchandise/replica collections to create a revenue stream for Musto and our partners
ensure that all data processing is completed in accordance with GDPR requirements
Requirements
degree or similar level education. A recognized marketing qualification is desired
knowledge, appreciation and empathy with differing global cultures a prerequisite
must be a competent and confident presenter, capable of influencing across multiple levels and speaking to large groups
product management: 1 year
should have the gravitas, confidence, and credibility to collaboratively influence high stature customers and the executive staff of business partners
product Marketing: 1 year
A genuine passion and participant in sports, a follower of the sailing market and awareness of current trends with an ability to translate these to the Musto brand, may have been a competitive sports person previously
previous or current experience working for a comparable brand or competitor in a similar role is highly desirable knowledge and experience of working at a brand headquarters in marketing management within the outdoor and sports apparel industry
