- munro floors is a established hardwood flooring business that is looking to expand its workforce due to upturn in sales
- we are looking for the individual to cover a range of duties that would include
- showing customers around showroom and learning knowledge of sales products
- replying to E-mails and dealing with phone calls
- taking down customer details and then logging enquires on system
- general sales of smaller stock items
- receive, inspect and confirm incoming goods and recording of quantities
Requirements
- good IT skills
- experience of QuickBooks software package and general bookkeeping would be advantageous
- physical ability to lift heavy items as required
- driving licence
- forklift licence
- knowledge of Joinery/Flooring products would be helpful but not essential
- strong communication and organisational skills
- self motivation and ability to work on own as well as part of a team
