Responsibility

  • present a professional and courteous image of the Company at all times, both in-person and over the phone
  • answer incoming calls promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring minimal wait times
  • take detailed support call messages, ensuring accurate information is obtained and recorded
  • direct calls to the appropriate staff member or department without delay
  • raise support helpdesk tickets accurately and promptly, ensuring service level agreements are met for each request
  • assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
  • collaborate with the IT support and cyber security teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
  • perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the company

Requirements

  • previous experience in a receptionist, admin assistant, or customer service role is preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional and friendly demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude
