Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service pizza concept
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- proficiency in computer and POS systems
- monitoring and documenting of orders
- cash control using company policies and procedures
- ensure 5\* food quality at all times
Responsibility
- develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, product quality, and profitability of the business
- recruit, train, and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- collaborate with the owner/operations manager to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaign
- manage daily operations of the pizza shop, including supervising staff, preparing and serving food, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the shop
