Requirements

  • ability to work confidently in high end properties
  • plumbing and heating installations
  • hold a full UK manual driving license and be confident driving and working in and around Bristol
  • competent with all installation, maintenance & repairs
  • experience in Plumbing maintenance
  • kitchen installation

Responsibility

  • complete a Minimum of 8 hours work per day
  • use our management software to update status of all works completed
  • report any additional / supplementary works to the management team
  • undertake a range of works from tap & toilet repairs to leak investigations
  • maintain a high standard of customer service
  • full bathroom installations on empty and occupied properties
