Responsibility

  • accurately track candidate data and use new internal systems to report progress and metrics to the business
  • partner with all hiring managers and the HR team to build a hiring strategy and plan
  • manage external recruitment agencies when required
  • create and develop job descriptions alongside key competencies required to help grow and develop our team
  • manage all recruitment related policies and processes, internally & externally
  • manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process across all offices, including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level
