Requirements
- must be a Registered Manager with relevant experience in home care or a related field
- strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial management skills

- familiarity with social work principles and practices
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to effectively lead a team and manage multiple priorities
- proficient in using computer software for documentation and reporting
