  • monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery
  • manage the agency's budget, including financial planning and reporting
  • collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Requirements

  • must be a Registered Manager with relevant experience in home care or a related field
  • strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial management skills
  • knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
  • familiarity with social work principles and practices
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to effectively lead a team and manage multiple priorities
  • proficient in using computer software for documentation and reporting
