- we are currently looking for an exceptional trainee / commis Pastry Vhef applicant to join our kitchen team
- mulberry House in Ongar, Essex is a family owned and operated multi award winning, wedding, events and Tearoom venue. We have 24 bedrooms and 22 acres of woodland gardens
- we won Wedding venue of the year at the wedding industry awards 2023. We also won two Essex Wedding Awards 2023. We are a passionate team, on a mission to be best in class
- we are a small team of four full time and one part time chefs. Our head chef is looking for someone to join his team. We run quite a flat structure and work more like a family than a hierarchy
- we host around 140 weddings per year. We are looking for a chef who is passionate about pastry but also about banqueting. We are very popular for afternoon teas, our tea room is open 6 days a week. All of our desserts, cakes and scones are homemade
- we are looking for a trainee pastry chef who wants to learn their craft under the nurturing eye of our Pastry chef and Head Chef
