Responsibility

  • we welcome applications from a care background but no professional childcare experience is needed as full training will be provided
  • the support you provide will change with everyone you work with because everyone is different, so patience and compassion are key
  • this is varied and could include helping them develop new skills, providing emotional support, assisting with leisure, education and individual interests
  • this can be fun and rewarding but also at times a challenging and demanding role
  • whatever your qualifications, experience, or career ambitions you will joining a team that is focused on the development of therapeutic assessment, treatment plans and practice which is supported by professional experts
  • we are a unique, diverse welcoming team that provides support to our young people and each other
  • we work 10 x 24.5 hours a month, these shifts start at 10am and finish the following morning at 10.30am
  • as you will be part of our inclusive therapeutic family supporting young people, you will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims and ambitions
