Responsibility
- sales and Debtors – ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of sales invoicing, and tight credit control
- WIP – review of balances and working with the Commercial team to ensure balances are valid
- payroll – managing payroll preparation
- intercompany loans management - ensuring appropriate documentation is in place and balances reconcile
- assisting with quarterly and adhoc reports
- preparation of monthly management accounts and group consolidation
- oversee the year end audit with the external auditors including the annual statutory accounts preparation and tax calculations
- purchases and Creditors – ensuring only valid purchase/sub-contract invoices are processed and paid in accordance with appropriate credit terms. Preparation of weekly payment runs and ad-hoc payments
