- liaising with prospective clients, and providing quotes and invoices as required
- liaising with venues and suppliers
- arranging and attending meetings with prospective and current clients
- event planning
- copyrighting and proofreading for blog posts, website, social media, brochures and other marketing material
- arranging Front of House staff for upcoming events
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience of working at events and / or weddings, and the challenges that the industry can present
- strong organisational and time management skills
- experience of working in an office environment
- adaptability and decision making skills
- copyrighting and proofreading to a high standard
- attention to detail
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
