- A Bachelor’s degree in sales management, marketing, business or a related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibility
- develop and implement sales plans to achieve company’s goals
- participate actively in business decisions with the board of directors to enhance the overall performance of the company
- build and maintain strong relations with potential repeat customers and also suppliers in the territory
- develop new customer types in order to increase sales
- work closely with our marketing, web-developers/web partners and finance
- recruit, train and develop new staff members
- develop and enhance the company products and its own brand in the territory
- research and develop new opportunities to enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery
Requirements
- experience in sales & marketing is essential
- A strong business and commercial accumen
- acoustic experience is preferred
- must have strong communication, negotiation and people management skills
- willing to get involved at every level of the business
- must be highly organised and demonstrate the ability to implement robust systems and procedures
- result orientated, strive for successful and good goal management skill
- A team player that can bring out the best in others
