Responsibility
- carry out Heating Installation / servicing and repair works on a variety of domestic properties across the East Midlands
- carry out a wide variety of plumbing works including bathroom installations/ refurbishments and installing radiators
- ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet required quality standards
- communicate updates and progress of work and complete the required paperwork
Requirements
- domestic Gas certification CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- G3 Unvented Hot Water
- good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- full driving licence
- ability to work as part of a team
- be punctual and have good timekeeping
- can take instruction and effectively carry out tasks with a can do attitude
